The day began with a bridal prep at the hotel very early in the a.m.

The hour long catholic ceremony was held at St. Catherine of Siena in Burlingame, CA.

After the ceremony we took family photos on the altar. Then proceeded to the Japanese Tea Garden and Rose Garden at San Mateo Central Park. There is a Gazebo in the rose garden that has some great lighting for close-ups.

There are actually many photo ops i.e., places to take your wedding photos in and around Central Park in San Mateo. Make sure your photographer and videographer are aware of this place if you are having your wedding on the peninsula.

As mentioned, the reception was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Foster City, CA. I got many great shots there!
