As a San Francisco Wedding Photographer, I have the honor of shooting at some of the nicest wedding venues in San Francisco. My latest wedding found me back at one of my favorite Catholic Churches in the City, Saint Paul’s. I have shot many weddings at Saint Paul’s [St. Paul’s] and I really enjoy weddings here. The church is fairly strict in terms of using flash and where I can shoot, but this is typical for most Catholic Churches anywhere you go.
This wedding was a little different because the bride had me start at the church, rather than going to her house for the bridal prep.
Here’s some cool wedding pics of the Ceremony at Saint Paul’s Church.
After the ceremony, the bride and groom wanted to take pictures at the Palace of Fine Arts. I suggest an alternate location, but they really like my other gallery of Palace of Fine Arts Wedding Photos and they wanted something similar.
The Reception was held at a restaurant in Fisherman’s Wharf called Capurro’s Restaurant. The food was amazing and the staff at Capurro’s was incredibly helpful. The dance floor was set up in front of the bar and the guests were seating all through out the restaurant.
Before I was to leave, I suggested to the bride and groom that we take some sunset photos. We walked a couple blocks down to the beach, where I grabbed this shot, in addition to many others.
These are just some of my favorite wedding photos that I took in San Francisco on this day. I have uploaded more photos from this wedding at Saint Pauls and Capurro’s Restaurant. You can see those below. Simply click on the thumbnails to enlarge the photos.
